Everyone has heard about social sites and benefits from such sites. Social sites provide a lot of freedom and interactivity to the user. Allow users to personalize page backgrounds, style, post their music, post videos, store documents, share their favorites and connect with people. Users can also post their pictures, share them with friends and even invite or search for new friends. FaceBook Facebook is one of the biggest social sites. I have a link to my blogsite that people can click if they wish. I also join alot of groups (goto the bottom of your page, click on applications, click groups) and place information on them. I am finding people are wanting to contact me. I also add more friends whenever I login. myspace This is another huge social website some say the biggest. You can join a lotof groups and make a lot of contacts here. This One is slightly different, you can get paid! PEOPLESTRING The ‘other’ social sites keep all of the money for themselves and never give any to their users. They are making millions off of your actions and keeping it all. But how exactly do these sites help your site and its rankings? By sending huge amounts of traffic and getting you a good ranking on search engines.
Some social networking sites group people with common interests, but some sites are "traditional networking sites" and allow you to search for friends based on your interests. Twitter Again with twitter I find you don't need to keep advertising your business. I recommend you mix it up with other tweets. Telling people what you are doing, asking questions and just general information.

Social websites are free to join. The best way from my experience is NOT to advertise your business directly. Brand yourself first.
Make yourself known as a good source of information.
Sell yourself not your business.
There are too many people out there shoving their business down peoples throats, don't become one of them.

Definition: Safelists are optin lists of business minded people like yourself that you can promote your opportunity to. Normally you pay either a monthly, yearly or a one time fee (worth taking if you can afford it) for the privilege of sending emails to thousands even tens of thousands of potential customers. There is normally a free option but with limited mailing. These are ideal for testing your marketing. I strongly recommend you use an adtracker to track your advertising.

Keep a note of when your next message can be sent.
Read the instructions before sending. (Croc ads has to be done in Notepad for example).
Always test your url before sending.
You need a good heading.

Emails.
Headings. To get the most from any email advertising you need a good heading. A heading to grab the reader.
There are no hard and fast rules here, people react differently.
You could use an offer.
"This will revolutionise your system!"
"This is free to join!"
"Make money with this"
That sort of thing.
Maybe think outside the box and have a heading which has nothing to do with your offer!
This is where Testing and adtrackers come into play.
Main.
This is your main advert. It needs to attract the reader staright away.
Have your link in more than once. For example top and bottom.
Signature.
This is where your thankyou and contact information goes.
Put whatever information you are happy to release to tell people.
I personally put full name, email, skype and website.
It has to be enough to show you are real.
You could also put your facebook and myspace links.
P.S and P.P.S
These can be very powerful.
You can reiterate your offer or offer something else, another program or tool.

These are for tracking your advertising. TrafficWave has one in-built. but there are other available.

This is an excellent way to keep in touch with your organisation!
